I have gone for quite some time without any polish on my nails. This was one of my manicures from a couple of weeks ago. Shortly after wearing this color, one of my nails snapped and I hacked them down to stubs. So, I haven't repainted again in a while. YEEKS!
Things around here have just been crazy. My little one has been in school for a couple of weeks, and we found out a few months back that we are expecting another member to our family..... so, all in all, things not relating to the family have been put on the back burner. I'm sure many of you can understand.
HOWEVER, let's go ahead and talk about this polish! This is Essie's Angora Cardi. It is a rosy mauve creme. I absolutely adore this polish in the fall. It is muted down, which is something I quite enjoy in the autumn months. It just reminds me of a cozy sweater and a cup of hot tea on a chilly morning. HAHA! That may not be ideal to many, but I thoroughly enjoy chilly weather, so for me.... that sounds like heaven!
Application was very easy. I am wearing two coats in these photos. That gave me enough to hide away any visible nail line and be opaque. I didn't experience any pulling with each coat or bad streakiness. I am fairly certain this color has been added to Essie's core collection so you should have no problems finding this in their displays.
